Hall Usage Rules

  1. Reservations is made to academic meetings by telephone or make contact with the organization authorised. In the collegian clubs activities club chef should go to Corparate Communication Application and Research Center, from there should take the pre-booking hall allocation paper.
  2. In order to prepare the technical and other materials in the meeting rooms, the written approval of the activities must be reported to the Corporate Communication Center no later than ten days before the activity date.
  3. For the personnel who take part in activities outside of working hours (after 17:00, weekend and bank holidays), the allocation is made by contacting the relevant hall officer if the administrative manager of the Faculty where the hall is located gives approval.

 

Conditions of use of halls related to events:

  1. Utilization is possible for activities organized by the rectorate.
  2. It is possible to use for academic and student activities according to the following characteristics:
  • . Activities can’t be done all day in the hall; for after 17.00 can be done with approval of the hall official.
  • Such as talking, remembrance activities is possible cover a specific time of day in the hall.
  • The hall is available from 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.

      3.The halls are only available for academic and student activities.

Stated Conditions

  • The technical and other materials that can be carried can be used in the meeting rooms booked by the Corporate Communication Application and Research Center.
  • Immovable technical and other materials; sound and light systems fixed in meeting rooms cannot be used outside the place where they are installed.
